Orders and payments
Orders and returns
The orders module allows you to track sales, handle returns, and prepare billing.
Order list
All transactions appear in Orders → List (in the panel). Order statuses help you get your bearings quickly:
- Paid — the money was received, the ticket was sent to the buyer.
- Unpaid — the buyer has placed an order but has not paid yet.
- Canceled — the buyer has withdrawn or the payment deadline has passed.
- Enter the buyer's name or order number in the filters above the list, or select an event or sale date.
- Click on an order to view its tickets, payment, and buyer details.

Active dates and the Event column
The Active dates (in the panel) tab shows orders from the main list that have at least one ticket for a showtime today or in the future, where neither the showtime nor its event is archived or deleted. Hidden showtimes count too, because they still sell at the box office or via a direct link.
The “Event” column in order lists shows every showtime from the order's tickets, earliest first: event name, date and time. If there are more than three showtimes, the first three are shown along with the number of remaining ones.
Archiving a showtime Archiving a showtime archives every order with a ticket for that showtime, including orders that also have tickets for other, still active showtimes. Such an order then disappears from the main list and the Active dates tab; you'll find it in Archives.

Refunds
- Refund the buyer through your payment provider.
- Cancel the order in the panel.
Invoice Canceling an order does not create a credit note. If an invoice was issued for the order, please issue a credit note in accordance with your accounting policies.
