Shop appearance and your own domain

Templates and your own CSS give your shop a unique look.

Store appearance

  1. Go to Settings → System configuration → Store appearance (in the panel).
  2. Choose a template with a color scheme that matches your brand.
  3. Upload your logo and favicon so buyers associate the shop with your brand.
  4. Save your changes and view the templates on the “Preview templates” tab.

If you know CSS, you can add your own styles in Settings → System Configuration → Custom CSS Style (in the panel), e.g. change fonts or spacing.

Your own domain

Your shop can run on your own domain (e.g. bilety.mojafirma.pl). Enter it in the “Domain or subdomain” field in Settings → System Configuration → Seller Details (in the panel). This also requires the right DNS records at your domain provider.

Tell us how many tickets you sell. We'll propose a commission rate or show you the panel in a short online demo.

Information on data processing

The controller of your data is e-back Sebastian Bauer, Miedniewice 167, 96-100 Miedniewice, NIP 836-177-50-92, the operator of the Tikecik platform.

We process the data from the form to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote or demo. The basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a, GDPR).

We store your data for 12 months from the time your request is submitted, after which we delete it. Only the service providers we use to run the platform (hosting, email) may process it on our behalf.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and transfer your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
