Hall plan
Hall plan and sectors
The system supports sectors with numbered seats, where the buyer picks a specific seat on the plan, and unnumbered sectors with a pool of tickets.
Unnumbered sectors
You can create an unnumbered sector in any showtime: on the “halls and sectors” tab, click “Add sector” and enter the sector name, price and number of available tickets.
Numbered seats
- In the showtime, on the “halls and sectors” tab, click “Add sector”, tick “Is the sector numbered?” and save.
- Next to the sector, click “Edit chairs” and arrange rows and seats in the editor, or use “Import from database” to load a layout saved in the hall database.
- Click “Mark the sector on the hall's plan” and mark the sector's area so the buyer can select it on the plan.

Hall library
In Events → Hall database (in the panel) you keep hall templates: the hall name, the hall plan as an image and sectors with their seat layout. Once a hall is prepared, you can reuse it in later showtimes.
- Click “Add hall”, enter the hall name and upload the hall plan.
- Next to the hall, click “Add sector”, then “Manage chairs” to arrange the seats and “Mark on the hall plan” to mark the sector on the hall plan.
- You can save a layout prepared in a showtime to the database with the “Save the sector as a hall template” or “Save all as template” button.
warning Once ticket sales for a showtime have started, editing the hall plan or deleting sectors may be locked to keep order data consistent.
