Creating an event

The heart of the Tikecik system is the events module. Here, you define shows, concerts, and other events, manage their dates, and manage ticket sales.

Event vs. showtime

An event is the general description of what is happening (e.g. “Star Concert”). One event can have many showtimes in different cities and halls, and you set ticket prices in the showtime.

Adding an event

1. Go to Events → Add event (in the panel).
2. Enter a name and select a category.
3. Upload a main photo (preferably in landscape orientation).
4. Save changes.
5. Add a description of the event in the "event description" tab.

Find all the events at Events → List by event (in the panel). Next up is adding showtimes.
