Invoices and KSeF

Tikecik issues VAT invoices to buyers who request them upon purchase. The panel is connected to the National e-Invoice System (KSeF).

Invoices for buyers

  • Invoices are generated in PDF and sent by email.
  • Invoices for orders can be found at Orders → Invoices → Order invoices (in the panel).

Connection with KSeF

  1. Go to Orders → KSeF e-invoices → Settings (in the panel).
  2. Enter your company's tax ID (NIP) and choose an authentication method. The simplest is a token, which you generate in the Ministry of Finance's KSeF.
  3. Select the environment: test for trials or production for real invoices, and save the settings.
  4. You can check the KSeF submission status of each invoice in KSeF e-invoices → Submissions (in the panel).

You can send an invoice that has not been sent to KSeF from the invoice list using the "Send invoice to KSeF" button.

Information on data processing

The controller of your data is e-back Sebastian Bauer, Miedniewice 167, 96-100 Miedniewice, NIP 836-177-50-92, the operator of the Tikecik platform.

We process the data from the form to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote or demo. The basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a, GDPR).

We store your data for 12 months from the time your request is submitted, after which we delete it. Only the service providers we use to run the platform (hosting, email) may process it on our behalf.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and transfer your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
