Company details and online payments

Before you start selling, complete your company details and connect online payments.

Seller details

In the Settings → System Configuration → Seller Details (in the panel) section, enter the data that appears on tickets and invoices:

  • Company name and Tax Identification Number.
  • Correspondence address.
  • Bank account number.
  • Email address for communication with buyers.

Online payments

Tikecik works with several payment providers, including Przelewy24, PayU, imoje, Stripe, and PayPal; buyers can also pay by traditional bank transfer. Money from buyers is transferred to your account with the provider you have a contract with.

  1. Go to Settings → Payment Configuration (in the panel).
  2. Next to the chosen provider, click “Configure” and enter the access credentials from your account with that provider.
  3. If you use Stripe, connect your account at Settings → Stripe Connect (in the panel) so that funds from sales are deposited directly into your Stripe account.
  4. Always make a test transaction before you start selling.

Security Never share your panel passwords or your payment provider account credentials with anyone.

Negotiate a rate or schedule a demo

Tell us how many tickets you sell. We'll propose a commission rate or show you the panel in a short online demo.

Information on data processing

The controller of your data is e-back Sebastian Bauer, Miedniewice 167, 96-100 Miedniewice, NIP 836-177-50-92, the operator of the Tikecik platform.

We process the data from the form to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote or demo. The basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a, GDPR).

We store your data for 12 months from the time your request is submitted, after which we delete it. Only the service providers we use to run the platform (hosting, email) may process it on our behalf.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and transfer your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
