What to prepare before you start

  • Company details with tax ID (NIP) and bank account number
  • A contract with a payment provider
  • Event description, photo and showtimes
  • Ticket prices and concessions

Step by step

  1. Create an account

    Enter your email and password, your company details with tax ID (NIP), and the subdomain your shop will run on. The account and the organizer panel are free.

  2. Company details and payments

    Check the seller's details on tickets and invoices and connect the payment provider you have a contract with. The money from buyers is transferred to your account with the provider. In the panel: Settings → System configuration → Seller details and Settings → Payment setup.

  3. Create an event and a showtime

    Add an event with a description and photo, then its showtime: date, time, city and hall. One event can have many showtimes. In the panel: Events → Add event, then in the event schedule → Add a new event date.

  4. Prices, concessions and discounts

    You set ticket prices and concessions in the showtime, and discount codes and links in a separate discount list. In the panel: halls and sectors → Add price and Events → Discounts → Add discount.

  5. Hall plan (optional)

    With reserved seating, buyers pick their own seat on the hall plan. You can add unnumbered sectors yourself, and we'll prepare the plan of a new numbered hall together with you. In the panel: Events → Hall library.

  6. Publish and share

    You can hide an event or showtime that isn't ready yet from the shop with the “Hidden item” option. We turn on sales after reviewing your shop. Then share the showtime link on your website and social media.

  7. Entrance and box office

    Add box office accounts for your staff. In the box office you sell tickets on-site and check ticket codes at the entrance. In the panel: Settings → Cash accounts → Add cashdesk account. In the box office: “Składanie zamówień” and “Sprawdzanie kodów”.

Information on data processing

The controller of your data is e-back Sebastian Bauer, Miedniewice 167, 96-100 Miedniewice, NIP 836-177-50-92, the operator of the Tikecik platform.

We process the data from the form to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote or demo. The basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a, GDPR).

We store your data for 12 months from the time your request is submitted, after which we delete it. Only the service providers we use to run the platform (hosting, email) may process it on our behalf.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and transfer your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
