Events and showtimes
Showtimes and hourly slots
A showtime is the specific date and place where the event happens. Ticket prices and sectors are defined in the showtime.
Adding a showtime
- In Events → List by event (in the panel), click "Schedule" next to the event of your choice.
- Click “Add a new event date”.
- Choose the city and base hall. If the hall isn't on the list, add it first in Events → Hall database (in the panel).
- Set the start date and time, then save the showtime.
- Set up ticket prices and sectors on the “halls and sectors” tab.
Tip In the “End of sale hours before” field you can stop online sales before the start (e.g. 2 hours earlier) to avoid problems with latecomers getting in.
Hourly slots and multiple days
When an event takes place many times a day, e.g. hourly tours, you don't need to add each showtime separately. The schedule groups showtimes into days.
- In the event schedule, click “See hours” next to the chosen day.
- Next to a showtime, open “Options” and choose “Duplicate to hours” to copy the showtime to the following hours of that day.
- Go back to the list of days and use “Copy to date range” to copy all of the day's showtimes to the selected weekdays within a date range.
