Tickets and prices
Prices, concessions and discounts
You set ticket prices in the showtime, not in the event itself. You add concessions to the prices, and discount codes and quantity promotions in separate modules.
Prices and concessions in the showtime
- Open the showtime and go to the “halls and sectors” tab.
- Click "Add price" and define all ticket price levels.
- Click "Add Sector" and assign a price to the sector.
- Next to the price, click “Add discount” to add a cheaper ticket variant, e.g. a concession for students.
Discount codes and discount links
A discount code reduces the price of the entire cart by a selected percentage. The buyer either enters the code in the cart or opens a discount link, which applies the discount to the cart without entering the code.
- Go to Events → Discounts (in the panel) and click "Add Discount".
- Enter the discount name and code, discount percentage, expiration date and number of uses, then save.
- After saving, copy the “Shareable discount link” and send it to customers or use it in a campaign.

warning If the “Is it expired after use?” option is ticked and the number of uses is 1, the link will work for only one order. To share it more widely, increase the number of uses.
Quantity promotions
A quantity promotion applies automatically: when the buyer purchases a set number of tickets, the next ones are free, e.g. buy 4 tickets and the fifth is free. The buyer doesn't enter any code.
- Go to Events → Quantity promotions (in the panel) and click "Add Promotion".
- Set how many tickets must be bought and how many are free, and choose the showtimes the promotion applies to.
- Save the promotion. It works as long as it's marked as active.

Discount code and quantity promotion cannot be combined: when a buyer uses a code, the quantity promotion does not apply to this cart.
