Payment and billing questions

When and how do I get paid from sales?

The buyer pays through the payment provider you have a contract with, and the money goes to your account with that provider, not to Tikecik. When it is paid out to your bank account depends on the provider and your contract with them.

What does a commission invoice look like?

We bill commission once a month. We issue the VAT invoice for a given month by the 15th of the following month, payable within 14 days. Before it is issued, you can check the sales report in the panel.

What about the commission when I refund the ticket?

We don't charge commission on tickets from unpaid, cancelled or refunded orders. If a refund happens after the commission has been charged, we correct it. You refund the buyer through your payment provider.

Do I pay a subscription or fixed fees?

No. Account registration and the organizer panel are free. You only pay a commission on tickets sold.

Are tickets for PLN 0 free?

Yes. We don't charge commission on PLN 0 tickets, and a free order doesn't go through the payment provider, so there is no provider fee either.

Can the commission rate be negotiated?

Yes. The commission is 3% of the ticket price, and you can negotiate the rate with us, for example if you sell larger volumes. Use the form on this page to tell us how many tickets you sell.

For accountants: who sells the ticket?

The organizer is the seller of the ticket. Money from buyers goes to the organizer's account, and the organizer issues invoices to buyers in their own name in the Tikecik panel. Tikecik is not a seller in the ticket transaction and only issues the organizer an invoice for its commission.

For accountants: how does KSeF work?

Once you connect your panel to KSeF with your company token, the invoices you issue to buyers are sent to KSeF directly from Tikecik. We also send the Tikecik commission invoice via KSeF.
