Here you manage the information shown on your shop's home page and subpages.

News

News informs buyers about new events, promotions or changes in the repertoire.

  1. Go to Page Content → News (in the panel) and click "Add news".
  2. Enter a title, short text, and the full content of your post, then save.
  3. To hide a post from the site without deleting it, tick “Hidden item?”.

Organizational texts

You manage your shop's key documents, such as the terms and conditions or privacy policy, in Page content → Texts (in the panel).

Visual editor Use the text editor to format text and add bold, lists and links. Save your changes when you're done.

Banners

Banners are large graphics on your homepage designed to grab buyers' attention. You can add them at Page Content → Banners (in the panel).

  • You can add several banners that rotate (slider).
  • Each banner can lead to a specific event or an external website.
  • The recommended size for banner graphics is 1200 × 400 pixels.

Texts from the boxes

Boxes are smaller sections on the homepage, often below banners. You can place short slogans or information about benefits in them, such as "Secure Payments" or "PDF Tickets by Email." You can edit them in Page content → Box texts (in the panel).

Tell us how many tickets you sell. We'll propose a commission rate or show you the panel in a short online demo.

Information on data processing

The controller of your data is e-back Sebastian Bauer, Miedniewice 167, 96-100 Miedniewice, NIP 836-177-50-92, the operator of the Tikecik platform.

We process the data from the form to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote or demo. The basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a, GDPR).

We store your data for 12 months from the time your request is submitted, after which we delete it. Only the service providers we use to run the platform (hosting, email) may process it on our behalf.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and transfer your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
